Acme Sunshades is an authorized dealer of Sunsetter Brand Lateral Arm Awnings. We offer Motorized and Vista styles which have the following features:

Available widths: 10 to 18 ft, in one-foot increments.
Projection: Up to 10 feet 2 inches from your house (the 10 and 11 foot awnings extend out 9 feet). This model can be partially opened in any position.
Fabric and Color choices: Available in two fabric choices:
Woven acrylic fabric in 15 decorator color choices.
Traditional laminated fabric in 12 color choices
Minimum vertical height under overhangs needed for installation: 7 ft. 6 in.
Can be owner installed: Yes, easily, in just 2 to 3 hours.
Can be installed on wood, brick, stucco, aluminum and vinyl siding: Yes.
Can be installed directly on eaves and overhangs: Yes, using soffit mount brackets.
Warranty: 5 years Manufacturer Limited Warranty.
Optional All Weather Limited Warranty: available.

The Motorized option also features:

Remote Control Operation: Lets you open and close your Motorized Awning from anywhere, even from inside your home. Remote Control included with your awning.
Requires electricity: The 12-ft. cord plugs into any grounded outlet. You can select your awning with a left or a right motor, depending where your outlet is located. If you have no grounded electrical outlet nearby, you may need to have an electrician install one. We strongly recommend a ground fault interrupter-style outlet.
